Measuring Filters of Thermostatic Chambers
When assembling bearings, a strictly dustless environment is required; it takes place in a cleanroom or equivalent. For this occasion, the customer needs to conduct an on-site performance test of a thermostatic chamber when it is newly installed. The thermostatic chamber under development uses HEPA filters to prevent dust emission. For the performance test, providing measurements of filtering efficiency and air velocity in the thermostatic chamber are needed. Using our Portable Particle Counter and the probe in combination will enable to measure filtering efficiency and air velocity, control cleanness level in a cleanroom and check the performance of the thermostatic chamber.
