Kanomax's BRAND NEW Handheld Particle Counters (Models 3888,3889 & 3889-01) are on course to set the standard of instrumentation in cleanroom/operating room monitoring and verification, filter testing, IAQ investigation, data center cleaning and plenty more highly specialized and highly sensitive applications.

CHARACTERISTIC

3-CHANNEL & 6-CHANNEL HANDHELD PARTICLE COUNTERS
(Three-channel – Model 3888)
(Six-channel – Model 3889 & 3889-01)

These beautifully engineered devices boast some of the most highly advanced technology in the industry; the powerful devices are a combination of accuracy and practicality.

Since their inception, Kanomax particle counters have been the trusted choice in measuring instruments of by an ever-growing group of leaders in pharmaceutical, semiconductor, food and beverage industries. The new models, 3888,3889 and 3889-01, perform with the same reliability and accuracy as their predecessors, but now feature assets that make them easier to use and measurements can be gathered significantly faster. One of the more prominent component upgrades is the very large, full color 4.3 inch LCD touchscreen, which can actually display data graphically for speedy interpretation. Despite the fact that measurements can very easily be taken directly from the instrument, these new models also include the easiest options for transferring data to PCs and other devices. There is an onboard USB input, which will accept a USB drive and download any number of the possible 10,000 data logs and transferred into a Windows 10 application.
The new Handheld Particle Counters also meet the 21501-4 ISO Standards and are fully RoHS compliant.

FAQ

What types of Particle Counters does Kanomax offer?

We have several varieties including: handheld particle counters in 3 and 6 channel versions; 6-channel portable particle counters with up to a 50LPM flow rate; a highly specialized condensation particle counter that features a 0.015 micron sensitivity making it ideal for Nano-sized particle counting; and a fixed cleanroom monitoring system that can be integrated with a PC for 24/7 monitoring.

How often does the unit need to be calibrated?

Annual calibration is recommended to ensure accuracy. However, this can vary based on how often the particle counter is used and the environments it’s used it. Also, some companies have an SOP in place that specifies how often the instrument will need to be serviced. More specifically, regulatory compliances may dictate the calibration interval.

Can I use Kanomax Particle Counters to certify my ISO cleanroom?

Absolutely. Just make sure you select a counter that can measure the specific sized particles you need to measure. Handheld model 3888 and portable models 3905 & 3910 are pre-programmed with helpful standards modes that simplify the certification process.

I need to certify a pharmaceutical cleanroom with special regulations, what support does Kanomax offer for the pharmaceutical industry?

Our portable units are 21 CFR part 11 compliant, and an IQ/OQ is available for purchase if needed.

I need to measure other parameters such as temperature, humidity and airflow in the cleanroom. Will I need to purchase a separate instrument?

No, you don’t need a separate instrument. Model numbers 3889, 3905 & 3910 can measure these parameters just by adding optional probes to the particle counter.
